The Refresh Orange team headed by Dr Steve Peterson has announced its second candidate for the September council elections. Dr Peterson, who became quadriplegic when he was hit by a car while riding his bike to work at the Orange hospital emergency department in 2018, will be joined by Theodore Crane. Mr Crane said it was his first tilt at standing for Orange City Council. “Definitely I am standing. I am number two with Dr Steve Peterson,” he said.
