A love of cutting hair has led experienced hairdressers Lisa Madden and Katrina Lowe to open Gettin’ Snippy, a unisex hair bar at the Anson Street Plaza. The women had previously spent 13 years working for a haircutting chain where they worked with all different hair textures and have now fulfilled their dream of opening their own business. “It’s something that we’ve always wanted to do,” Ms Madden said. “We just like hair cutting, all types of hair styles from short fades to long hair layers, we just love the cutting of hair. “We’ve been in the industry for 36 years, we’re doing men, women, children, we will do blow dries, thermal style.” Ms Madden said the shop will open from 8am to 4pm Monday to…
